Shubham Singal - Shubham recently completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta. In the past he has worked for LimeWire LLC and interned with Yahoo! Inc. He did his undergrad at IIT Delhi in Computer Science. Studying at two of the premier institutions of India he has developed a strong interest in finance, technology and web applications. He mainains a personal blog at Shubh-Hub as well.

Siddhesh Joglekar – Siddhesh graduated from IIM Calcutta this year. In the past he did his engineering from VJTI, Mumbai. He owns the blog www.magnifrisco.com and has been running it for more than 3 years. He was the head of Consulting Club at IIM Calcutta for the years 2008-09. He will post on Strat.In about a wide spectrum of subjects – from politics to sport. He lives in Mumbai and works in a premier Indian web company. Third Eye – ThirdEye is a graduate from an IIM located in communist territory.He has lurched from institution to institution trying to find his academic calling. After 17 long years, he finally exited the cloisters of academia and entered The Real World, a place as crazy as the TV show. He tries to make sense of the business universe through his all-perceiving third eye.

Sunil Natraj - Sunil completed IT engineering from Mumbai University and  is from the 2009 class of IIM Calcutta. Prior to acquiring his MBA, he had worked at Capgemini Consulting, India. His interests range from people to traveling to graphology. Strat.in to him will be his reflection on day to day examples of management and strategy. Atul Mathur – Atul has an engineering degree in EEE and is from from 2009 class of IIM Calcutta. At IIM Calcutta he was the Head of the Internet Solutions Group. He has worked in Infosys Technologies Ltd prior to joining IIM Calcutta. He is very interested in technology, the web, and how it improves life as a whole for people. Abhishek Gupte – Abhishek graduated from IIM Calcutta in 2008 and currently works in an investment bank. He will blog on economics, public policy, politics and general business related issues (though occasional posts on capital markets or corporate strategy are not ruled out). He will not simplify complicated issues, glorify conventional wisdom or be too serious about stuff that needs to be trivialized. Disclaimer: He is slightly right leaning on political issues and has left of center leanings on economic issues.

Anup Joshi - Anup is currently pursuing a Masters Degree at The University Of Texas at Austin in the field of VLSI and Digital IC Design. He finished his BE in Electrical Engineering at VJTI, Mumbai in 2007. His interests lie in a wide variety of topics. Gaurav Parashar – Gaurav is an undergraduate student at the IIT Bombay in Computer Science. His interests include entrepreneurship, climate change mitigation, finance and information technology. He is a member of the winning team at business plan competitions Eureka 2008! and finalist in the McGinnis Venture Competition 2009. He is currently interning at Microsoft Research India and also blogs with Forbes columnist Sramana Mitra as an intern.

Kaushik Saha: An IIT KGP-IIM C alumnus, Kaushik has been in the past associated with KG D-6, Chandrayaan and Lehman Brothers in some form or the other. Idolizes Baron Abel Rosnovski. Fantasizes about Beatrix Kiddo (the bride). Passionate about Kurosawa, Ray, Sourav Da and East Bengal. An avid quizzer, he will write mostly on sports, politics, movies and finance, in that order.

Ankit Zatakia – Ankit completed IT Engineering from VJTI(Autonomous) in 2008 and then worked with Cisco Systems. He will soon be joining the 2009-11 batch of IIM B. His hobbies include reading and exploring the web and has an active social life. Although he is new to the blogging world, he will be writing on a variety of topics like Politics, Strategy, Management and Technology. Chandrima Das -Chandrima graduated in Computer science and engineering from NIT Durgapur and went on to become a part of the 45th Batch at IIM Calcutta. She considers herself a problem child of nature and after years of keeping most of her philosophical explorations to herself, she decided that Strat.in was a good outlet for them. Chandrima is an Aditya Birla scholar,  heads the Consulting Club and is the co-founder of IIM C’s e-journal http://www.jokatimes.com. She doesn’t believe in restricting herself to any sphere and will be applying her free-flowing, “3-dimensional writing style” (as one of our readers commented) to topics without discrimination. Harshad Karandikar- Harshad is a second year student of IIM Kozhikode. After studying Mechanical Engineering, Harshad has had varied work experience, including a year in his own setup in the field of Adventure tourism. His interests include traveling, nature, conservation, long-distance running, photography, freelance writing and blogging. He plans to write on anything and everything which catches his attention, although posts on the lighter side of life will be restricted to his personal blog, Arbit Globe.

Shantan Rao- Shantan is a recent graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He currently lives and works in the USA. His past work experiences have included stints at Deloitte Consulting (USA) and Tata Consultancy Services (India),as well as a semester long academic project at Yahoo!Inc (USA). He is a passionate blogger and writes on a variety of topics. His interests in writing lie around deriving inspiration from the world of sport, Google and its great business model, ecommerce strategies, biographical anecdotes from business leaders, creative advertizing, and management breakthroughs. Amit Holey -Amit has graduated from the dual degree course – Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from S P Jain Mumbai and Master in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, USA. Being a keen observer of Life, he loves to dig for the deeper meaning and nurtures a penchant to derive learnings from anything and everything. Chandini Jain – Chandini is a senior undergraduate student at IIT Kanpur in the Dept of Mechanical Engineering. Her hobbies include reading, dance and swimming. She likes to conceptualize and choreograph dances. She has been the Dance Club Coordinator at IIT Kanpur, and has lead her team to win several national group dance competitions. She is also interested in research and has a couple of publications to her credit. On Strat.In , she will be writing about the why of things in entertainment (dance, music and TV shows), the recent trends in mechnical engg, and research in general and college life.
